With increased reliance on digitization, DigiLocker enables easy access to documents like your driving license and Aadhar card anytime, anywhere. In this guide, we’ll explore how to effectively use DigiLocker for these essential documents.

How to access & download Documents

For Driving License

  1. Go to the “Issued Documents” section & Tap on “Search Partner” or “Get Issued Documents”
  2. Choose Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Select State.
  3. Select Driving License & Enter your DL number and other required details
  4. Tap Get Document – It will be fetched from the transport database

For Aadhar Card

  1. Go to Issued Documents & Tap Search Partner → Select UIDAI
  2. Choose Aadhaar & Enter Aadhaar number and authenticate via OTP
  3. Download your Aadhaar directly to DigiLocker

For Other Documents:

Enter details and fetch documents

Select the relevant issuing authority (e.g. CBSE for marksheets, Income Tax Dept for PAN)
