Steps to Unsubscribe from Amazon Prime
Method 1: Using MyJio App
- Open the MyJio app on your phone.
- Log in using your Jio number.
- Tap on the “Manage Plan” or “Subscriptions” section.
- Find Amazon Prime in the list of active subscriptions.
- Tap “Cancel Subscription” or “Unsubscribe” and confirm.
Method 2: Using Jio Website
- Visit the Jio website.
- Log in with your Jio number and OTP.

Things to Note:
After cancellation, you won’t be charged for Prime in your next Jio bill.
