Introduction to Bhulekh Uttar Pradesh
The Bhulekh Uttar Pradesh application provides a user-friendly platform for individuals to view vital land records online. This initiative by the government simplifies the process of accessing land details, including khasra, khatauni, and owner information, allowing property owners and prospective buyers to obtain information at their convenience.
Steps to Access Land Records via the Bhulekh Portal
- To check land records in Uttar Pradesh, follow these straightforward steps:
- Go to the official website: https://upbhulekh.gov.in.
- Choose the option “view copy of khatauni” or tap on “खाते की नकल देखे.” Enter the captcha code displayed on the page.
- Afterward, select your required information including the district, tehsil, and village. You can then search the land record by khasra/gata number, khata number, or the owner’s name.
- Once you click the “search” button, the details such as the owner’s name, area of land, type of land, and crop information (if available) will be displayed.
- Additionally, you have the option to print or download the record for your reference.
Utilizing the Bhulekh App for Mobile Access
- For a more accessible approach, the Bhulekh UP app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.
- Once installed, open the app and select your preferred language. Choose “khatauni” to view land records and enter your location details: district, tehsil, and village.
- Like the web portal, you can search using khasra/gata number, khata number, or owner’s name.
- After entering the necessary details, tap search, and you will see the land record appear on your screen.
- Remember, the data retrieved through the app is for reference purposes and is not a legally certified document.
