- Log in to your Kotak Net Banking account.
- Navigate to the ‘Service Request’ section found in the menu.
- Select ‘Savings / Current account.
- Select the option for ‘Change of Branch’ or ‘Update Branch Details.’
- Fill in the required details, including your existing home branch and the new branch you wish to set as your home branch.(Enter the PIN code of your desired new branch location to find and select the branch).
- Review the information you’ve entered to ensure accuracy.
- Submit your request.
You will receive a confirmation notification once your request has been processed. Typically, the changes will reflect within a few business days.

- Log in to your Kotak Mobile Banking app.

- Select Account Service Requests and then click Change of Home Branch Options.
