You can check the call history of your Jio SIM using the following methods:
1. Via MyJio App
- Download and install the MyJio app from the Play Store or App Store.
- Log in using your Jio number (OTP verification required).
- Tap on “Check Usage” from the home screen.
- Select “Calls” to view call details.
- You can check details like date, time, and duration of calls.
2. Via Jio Website
- Go to Jio’s official website.
- Click on “Sign In” and log in with your Jio number.
- Navigate to “My Statement” under the Usage section.
- Choose the date range and download call records.
3. Requesting Call Details via Email
- Jio does not provide call history directly via email or SMS.
- However, you can contact Jio customer care (198) and request past call records.
- They may provide details for a limited period (e.g., last 6 months) based on Jio’s policy.
4. Visit a Jio Store
- If you need official call records, visit the nearest Jio Store with valid ID proof.
- You may need to submit a request in writing.
