- To withdraw cash without an ATM card, follow these straightforward steps.
- First, log in to the YONO SBI or YONO Lite app on your smartphone.
- Navigate to the ‘YONO Cash’ section. You will then choose the channel you prefer for withdrawal: ATM, POS, or CSP.
- Next, enter the amount you want to withdraw and select the account to debit.
- To ensure a secure transaction, create a unique YONO Cash PIN specifically for this withdrawal.
- Once you complete this process, you will receive a transaction reference number via SMS on your registered mobile number.
- Upon arriving at your chosen withdrawal channel (ATM/ POS/ CSP), select the ‘YONO Cash’ option.
- You will need to input the transaction reference number along with your YONO Cash PIN.
- The cash will then be dispensed, and you will receive a confirmation SMS.
- It’s important to note that the transaction reference number is valid for four hours, so be sure to complete your withdrawal within this timeframe.
