- Enter your new email address and generate the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- After entering the OTP, click submit.
- A confirmation call from an SBI Card representative will follow within 2 working days for processing your request.
Change Email ID through Using the SBI Card Mobile App
- If you prefer mobile access, open the SBI Card app and log in.
- Tap on the menu icon and choose ‘My Profile’.
- Find the edit icon next to your email ID, enter the new email address, and generate the OTP.
- Once you enter the OTP, hit submit.
- Similar to the website process, expect a call from an SBI Card representative within 2 working days to confirm your new email ID.
