- After entering the OTP, click submit.
- A confirmation call from an SBI Card representative will follow within 2 working days for processing your request.

- If you prefer mobile access, open the SBI Card app and log in.
- Tap on the menu icon and choose ‘My Profile’.
- Find the edit icon next to your email ID, enter the new email address, and generate the OTP.
