  • After entering the OTP, click submit.
  • A confirmation call from an SBI Card representative will follow within 2 working days for processing your request.

Change Email ID through Using the SBI Card Mobile App

  • If you prefer mobile access, open the SBI Card app and log in.
  • Tap on the menu icon and choose ‘My Profile’.
  • Find the edit icon next to your email ID, enter the new email address, and generate the OTP.
  • Once you enter the OTP, hit submit.
  • Similar to the website process, expect a call from an SBI Card representative within 2 working days to confirm your new email ID.
